How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:
At Paula's Choice, we believe that great brands are built through strong storytelling, clear strategy, and disciplined execution. As Global Brand Manager, you'll help bring marketing strategy to life for key campaigns within our portfolio. Supporting campaign architecture, launch execution, and post-launch performance reporting. This role partners closely across Creative, Social, Influence, Copy, and regional teams, and gives you the chance to build both your strategic and financial skill set while working alongside more senior marketers.
Marketing budget management and performance reporting are a core part of this role. You'll help manage marketing spend across campaigns, track budget against actuals, and make sure spend stays aligned with ROI expectations. You'll also support the reporting cadence that shows leadership how campaigns are performing, helping turn campaign and launch data into clear, useful updates.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their brand marketing career: translating clinical claims and competitive insight into compelling campaigns, helping manage multi-region launch timelines, and building strong financial and reporting fundamentals along the way.
As a Global Brand Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Support the development of brand marketing strategy for assigned campaigns, including positioning, campaign platforms, and creative briefs grounded in clinical claims substantiation and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Creative, Social, Copy, and Influence teams to help build full-funnel campaign elements (paid, earned, owned) that flex across DTC, Amazon, and prestige retail partners (e.g., Sephora).
- Maintain go-to-market toolkits, marketing SharePoint content, launch tiering, and brief templates that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving at pace.
Global Launch & Timeline Management
- Manage launch timelines across phased global rollouts, coordinating dependencies across Creative, Retail, Media, and regional brand teams.
- Maintain RACI matrices across launch workstreams to help keep ownership clear and delivery on track.
- Flag timeline risks early and help identify mitigation options in partnership with your manager.
Marketing Financial Acumen & Reporting
- Support marketing budget allocations that tie investment to expected volume, share, and ROI outcomes.
- Manage early read and post launch performance reporting across DTC, Amazon, and Sephora, helping synthesize data into clear updates for leadership.
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional analytics partners to track campaign spend against budget and flag variances.
- Contribute to a measurement framework that connects marketing activity to business results.
Regional & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Coordinate between brand strategy and regional execution teams across North America, EU, APAC, and ANZ, helping adapt campaigns to local market needs.
- Build relationships with regional creative, retail media, and commercial stakeholders to support consistent brand expression with local relevance.
- Help prepare materials for leadership and cross-regional updates on strategy and performance for assigned campaigns.
Presentation & Communication
- Build clear, well-organized PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and PDFs that communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations.
- Present brand strategy, launch plans, and performance updates to your manager and cross-functional partners with confidence.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or a related role—ideally within beauty, skincare, or a comparable prestige/CPG category.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry, including exposure to prestige retail dynamics (e.g., Sephora), DTC, and Amazon channels.
- Solid financial and numbers acumen: comfort working with spend models, ROI cases, and budget trackers, and pulling out clear takeaways.
