- Have proven success designing and delivering sales or revenue enablement programmes.

- Are comfortable working with Salesforce and modern sales technologies.
- Build trust quickly and know how to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
- Ask thoughtful questions and enjoy uncovering opportunities for improvement.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Embrace innovation and can comfortably use AI-enabled tools without losing the human touch.
- Have an interest in technology, channel ecosystems, cloud solutions, or sales transformation.
- Curiosity about AI-enabled learning and the creativity to explore alternatives to traditional presentation-led training.
- Knowledge of technology, cloud or channel environments would be ideal
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK, Europe and other Pax8 locations when required.

🔍 Pre-employment checks
