業務について

  • 事業計画/年度予算の策定
  • 月次KPI・着地見込み作成、予実差異分析、経営への提言
  • 管理会計
  • 経営層向け月次報告資料の作成

必要な経験/スキル

  • 財務三表の関係性を理解できる財務会計知識
  • 経営層向け財務報告資料等の作成・報告経験（要点を論理的に簡潔に。グラフや表を用いたプレゼンテーション）
  • 全社もしくは事業部門の予算作成、予実分析の経験
  • 他部門とのコミュニケーションスキル
  • 変化を楽しみながら、前向きにチャレンジできるマインド

あると望ましい経験/スキル

勤務時間

  • スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7.75時間＋休憩時間 1時間）

  • 完全週休2日制（土日祝）
  • 有給休暇（入社時付与あり／入社月に応じて1日〜10日付与）
  • 夏季休暇（2日／原則7/1-9/30の間に取得／入社月に応じて変動あり）
