業務について

▼チーム・組織紹介

金融チームは、コード決済市場をけん引するPayPayのサービス・ビジネスを法的側面からサポートし、攻めと守りの両面から更なる事業拡大に貢献することをミッションとしています。

現在の法務部は、主に20代後半～40代半ばで構成されている組織です。

そのうち金融チームは6名で、それぞれがプロフェッショナルとして自身の強みやバックグラウンドを活かしつつ、チームメンバー内でタイムリーに情報を共有しながら、チーム一丸となって業務を進めています。

PayPayのより一層の事業成長、サービスの充実・加速的推進のために、新規事業・サービスの構想段階から法的側面でサポートを行う体制を強化するため、主として金融法務をご担当いただくメンバーを募集いたします。

▼具体的な業務内容

決済・金融領域の法務スペシャリストとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

  • 新規事業・サービスに関する法的検討（事業部門との打合せ、法的整理検討、契約書レビュー等）
  • 金融規制や業規制の調査
  • 事業部門からの法律相談対応

必要な経験/スキル

以下いずれかのご経験を5年以上お持ちの方

  • 決済・金融いずれかの企業の法務部門における実務経験
  • 弁護士事務所にて決済・金融の企業法務案件を担当したご経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 新規事業立ち上げの際の法的サポート等の実務経験
  • スピード感をもって自律的に業務をこなすことができる方
  • ビジネス英語

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。

給与

  • 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
  • 毎年1回見直し
  • 時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当、在宅勤務手当（年10万円）有 ※給与支給について、一部をPayPayアカウントで受け取ることが可能です（給与デジタル支払いに対応）
