業務について

「Best condition × Highest Capability = Maximizing Employee Power」をミッションに、従業員一人ひとりが心身ともに良い状態で能力を発揮できる環境づくりを推進しています。 産業医・保健師・人事担当者が連携し、健康診断や保健指導、休復職支援などの産業保健業務に加え、健康施策の企画や業務プロセスの改善、グループ全体を見据えた産業保健体制の高度化にも取り組んでいます。 本ポジションでは、保健師としての専門性を活かしながら、ご経験・専門性に応じて、従業員への個別支援から施策の企画・実行、業務改善まで幅広く携わっていただきます。

  • 保健師面談（メンタル・フィジカル）
  • 休職・復職者のサポート
  • 健康診断後の事後措置・保健指導
  • 職場巡視/衛生委員会への参加
  • 衛生委員会の講話資料等の作成
  • 健康課題に応じた施策・研修の企画、立案、実行
  • 健康関連データの集計・分析
  • 各運用の見直し・改善
  • 産業医面談の調整・サポート ※業務上必要に応じて、東京オフィス（四谷）への出社があります。

  • 保健師の専門性を活かしながら、企画・業務改善まで携われる 健康診断や面談などの個別対応にとどまらず、健康施策の企画や産業保健業務の仕組みづくりにも関わることができます。
  • 専門性を広げられる 産業医や人事担当者などと連携しながら、従業員支援や組織課題に向き合うことで、産業保健に加えて人事・労務領域への知見も広げられます。

必要な経験/スキル

  • 保健師、公認心理師、臨床心理士のいずれかの資格
  • 事業会社における保健師またはカウンセラーとしての実務経験（目安：1年以上）
  • メンタルヘルスに関する従業員面談の実務経験
  • 英語での面談経験、または英語で面談を実施できるレベルの語学力

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 健康・メンタルヘルスに関する研修の企画・実施経験
  • 健康関連データの分析経験
  • チームリードやメンバー育成の経験

  • 契約社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。

給与

  • 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
  • 毎年1回見直し
  • 時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当 ※給与支給について、一部をPayPayアカウントで受け取ることが可能です（給与デジタル支払いに対応）
