▼金融機関渉外部の紹介

金融機関渉外部はPayPayのサービスの根幹となるPayPayチャージに関わる業務全般を担う部署です。 具体的には、PayPayチャージに関連する金融機関・ゲートウェイ・グループ内各社とのコストの最適化をメインミッションとしており、当コストの分析・管理・運営を行うほか、チャージ手段の拡大にも努めております。 新たなサービスの企画やUI・UXの実現を通じて、PayPay社内でも最大級の費用項目をマネジメントしていく非常にチャレンジングなミッションですがダイナミックな事業推進を体験する事ができます。

▼募集の背景

攻めのファンドソースコストマネジメントを行うためにチームの戦力・組織力を強化したいことから新たにチームメンバー（リーダー候補）を募集いたします。 これまでは、（もちろんコストを意識しながら）PayPayチャージが可能な金融機関を拡大していくことでユーザーの利便性を向上させることを主目的に業務を行ってきました。 しかし、PayPayの利用シーンの増加により、ユーザーのニーズも多様化していることから、これまでのコスト管理手法をより広く・深く進化させていくフェーズにPayPayは入っています。 具体的には、仮説の立案→データ収集と分析による検証→解像度の高い問題意識の洗い出し→サービス・商品・案件企画→ステークホルダーとの交渉→実現というサイクルを実現をしていく必要があると考えており、当該業務全般をマネジメントしていくメンバーが必要なことから当ポストを募集します。

【具体的な業務内容】

PayPayのサービスの根幹であるチャージ業務における新規事業企画を担っていただきます。

具体的には、下記業務です。

  • 新商品や新サービスの企画・立案、既存サービスの改良、また、これらのプロジェクトマネジメント
  • KPIおよび予算管理全般
  • 仮説構築・SQLを利用したデータ取得・BIツールを用いた分析による検証
  • 法令・ガイドラインの調査・ビジネス意見の作成・レポートの作成
  • 各種契約書のドラフト作成・社内法務部・ステークホルダーとの契約条文調整
  • ステークホルダーとの各種交渉・調整

  • 企画立案・商品開発・新規事業の経験
  • データ分析・数値検証など計数管理の経験
  • ステークホルダーとの各種交渉・調整 の経験
  • 経済条件等の交渉において自らテーマ選定・交渉をした経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 金融及びモバイルペイメントやフィンテック事業に関する知識
  • チームをマネジメントした経験のある方
  • SQL・BIツールに関する知識

  • Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。

給与

  • 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
  • 毎年1回見直し
  • 時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当、在宅勤務手当（年10万円）有
