PURPOSE OF JOB To support running and accelerating client's Commercial Cards business across the region by owning product strategy and execution for commercial card solutions (T&E, purchasing, virtual cards, and value-added services). The role requires deep fluency in Commercial products and the ability to assess the current set-up end-to-end and translate findings into a prioritized optimization roadmap. The role blends product leadership and commercial management: driving new product rollouts, leading regional governance with senior stakeholders (Product, Sales, Risk, Ops, Finance, Technology), and contributing to portfolio performance management including P&L, revenue levers, and investment prioritization.

TASKS Product Management:

  • Lead end-to-end Commercial Card product lifecycle for client (requirements, design, delivery, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance management) in partnership with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze the current commercial card set-up (products, processes, pricing, controls, servicing, reporting, technology, and partner integrations) and raise clear optimization requests with quantified impact and delivery approach.
  • Own regional governance to align Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Finance; manage dependencies and ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • Develop business cases and product papers (including P&L impact, revenue levers, cost/benefit, and risk considerations) to secure approvals and drive prioritization of the product roadmap.

Business Development:

  • Drive portfolio growth across the region (GDV, active usage, new-to-bank acquisition, and revenue), working with Coverage/Sales teams and key client segments.
  • Lead commercialization of new and enhanced commercial card propositions (e.g., virtual cards, controls, data/insights, ERP/expense integrations) from concept to launch, including go-to-market and sales enablement.
  • Lead senior stakeholder discussions and executive business reviews (client leadership, and priority clients) to align on strategy, roadmap, and performance outcomes.
  • Support complex opportunities with solution design, commercial structuring, and proposal development (including pricing, value articulation, and implementation approach) for large corporate and institutional clients.
  • Own performance cadence for the portfolio (KPIs, pipeline, and economics) and contribute to P&L discussions by identifying actions to improve revenue, yield, and cost-to-serve

Why Join:

  • Own and shape the regional roadmap for Commercial Cards within one of the world's leading international banks.
  • Partner closely with client's senior leadership to deliver new product rollouts and measurable portfolio growth.
  • Drive optimization and performance improvements, contributing directly to portfolio economics and P&L outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
