The posting

Bij Payter ben jij als Administratief Medewerker de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt. Je zorgt dat contracten, klantgegevens en processen worden gevolgd, zodat alles achter de schermen soepel draait.

Je werkt in een klein en hecht team, waar iedereen elkaar kent en ondersteunt. Samen help je onze klanten – en dat zijn er nogal wat! Van grote retailers tot sportclubs, van goede doelen tot openbaar vervoerbedrijven: onze klanten zitten in uiteenlopende sectoren en gebruiken onze betaaloplossingen voor onder andere vending automaten, koffie machines, wasboxen en laadpalen.

Daarnaast waarderen wij het, wanneer mensen medenken over hoe we onze processen slimmer kunnen inrichten. Houd je ervan om klanten te ontzorgen, dan ga je je bij ons zeker thuis voelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken van zakelijke contracten, klantgegevens en andere documenten in onze systemen
  • Controleren, bijhouden en updaten van klant- en contractinformatie
  • Signaleren van onregelmatigheden en opvolgen van afwijkingen
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en automatisering
  • Onderhouden van contact met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers via e-mail en telefoon
  • Snel schakelen tussen verschillende applicaties, systemen en (klant)databases
  • Ondersteunen bij rapportages, analyses of ad-hoc administratieve projecten

Over Payter

Achter onze dienstverlening staat een klein, hecht support/administratieteam van vijf collega’s in Rotterdam. In dit team krijgt jouw werk direct impact en werk je samen met collega’s die elkaar ondersteunen en waar iedereen een steentje bijdraagt aan het succes van Payter.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring met administratief werk, bij voorkeur met Excel en werken in webbrowsers / webapplicaties is een pre
  • Je bent in staat om nauwkeurig, gestructureerd te werken en je kan snel schakelen
  • Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken, maar vraagt op tijd om hulp of afstemming
  • Ervaring met procesverbetering of affiniteit met automatisering is een pré

Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben, als je gemotiveerd bent om te leren en administratief werk jou aanspreekt, ben je meer dan welkom!
