Deine Aufgaben

In unserem 12-monatigen Trainee-Programm lernst du den operativen Betrieb von PAYUCA kennen. Du unterstützt Kund:innen, koordinierst die Betreuung unserer Garagen und arbeitest daran, wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu vereinfachen und zu automatisieren. Nach Abschluss des Programms übernimmst du die Rolle als Junior Service Manager.

  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon und koordinierst die weitere Bearbeitung mit unserem Team und unserem externen Supportpartner.
  • Du verfolgst technische Probleme und Wartungsarbeiten in unseren Garagen und hältst Standort- und Kundendaten aktuell.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Abrechnung von Langzeitparkern und bereitest operative Kennzahlen auf.
  • Du analysierst wiederkehrende Anfragen und Schwachstellen in unseren Abläufen.
  • Du entwickelst mit uns bessere Prozesse, klare Antwortvorlagen und Automatisierungen für den täglichen Betrieb.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine HTL abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierung, oder bringst eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit.
  • Du interessierst dich für Digitalisierung, KI und technische Lösungen, die den Arbeitsalltag verbessern.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunizierst klar und gehst Problemen gerne auf den Grund.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst Anfragen auch auf Englisch bearbeiten.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Operations ist hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Unser Angebot

  • Beginn des unbefristeten Arbeitsverhältnisses: 1. Dezember 2026
  • Trainee-Programm: 1. Dezember 2026 bis 30. November 2027
  • Dezember 2026 bis Jänner 2027: 20 Stunden pro Woche (Einarbeitung), Monatsgehalt 1.105 € brutto
  • Ab Februar 2027: 40 Stunden pro Woche mit schrittweiser Übernahme eigener Aufgaben
  • Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Garagen-, Tankstellen- und Serviceunternehmungen (Verwendungsgruppe 4). Das Mindestgehalt beträgt 2.210 € brutto pro Monat für 40 Stunden (Stand 2026). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
