  • Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead the evaluation and application of new technologies and engineering solutions to improve operational performance.
  • Support refinery operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable reliability improvements.
  • Develop and execute asset reliability strategies and identification and mitigation of bad actors to improve safety, availability performance, and cost effectiveness.

  • Lead or support multidisciplinary teams in the development and execution of refinery improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to departmental budgeting, long-range planning, and asset investment strategies to meet business objectives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
