Oberflächentechnik Industrie Kundenlösungen

Galvanische Prozesse und Technik verstehen. Lösungen entwickeln. Kunden begeistern. 1 Oberflächentechniker_in Ihre Aufgaben

* Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen

* Technische Begleitung und ggf. Mithilfe der Kollegen in der Produktion

* Technische_r Begleiter_in für die Kollegen im Vertrieb beim Angebotswesen

* Optimierung und Effizienzsteigerung durch intelligente Teile- und Anlagenplanung

* Entwicklung neuer Prozesse für diverse Kundenanforderungen

* Begleitung von techn. Projekten von der Anfrage bis zur Umsetzung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb und Qualitätsmanagement

* Optimale Nutzung von Inputmaterialien (Betriebsstoffe, Chemie, etc...)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Oberflächentechniker_in mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis für galvanische Prozessanlagen und Maschinen

* Erfahrung beim Beschichten von Bauteilen mit Chrom, Nickel und Kombinationsschichten

* Interesse an Oberflächentechnik, Fertigungstechnik und industriellen Produktionsprozessen

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
