À propos du posteNous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur(trice) de programme hautement organisé(e) et minutieux(se) pour se joindre à notre équipe des programmes au Québec.L’administrateur(trice) de programme soutient la gestion et la coordination efficaces des programmes de gérance de Product Care au Québec. Ce rôle contribue à assurer la conformité environnementale et linguistique des programmes, à soutenir les partenariats et la logistique, et à participer au développement et au maintien des communications bilingues pour le Québec et d’autres régions. Le poste combine l’administration de programmes, la coordination des parties prenantes, la production de rapports de données et le soutien aux communications afin d’assurer que les opérations québécoises demeurent efficaces, conformes et alignées avec la stratégie nationale de Product Care. Responsabilités : Gérance de programme et conformité réglementaire

Soutenir l’administration quotidienne et la production de rapports de conformité des programmes de gérance assignés au Québec. Assurer le respect des exigences de Recyc-Québec, des cibles de performance et des procédures internes de gouvernance. Surveiller et communiquer les changements réglementaires ayant un impact sur les activités de Product Care au Québec Maintenir un contact régulier avec les organismes de réglementation, les municipalités, les sites de collecte et les partenaires de recyclage. Aider à la préparation et à la soumission des rapports de performance et de conformité.

Efficacité opérationnelle et développement des partenaires

Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration de nouveaux partenaires de collecte (détaillants, municipalités, terrains de camping, dépôts). Effectuer ou coordonner des visites sur le terrain et offrir un soutien à la formation sur les procédures et les normes du programme. Identifier des occasions d’amélioration opérationnelle pour réduire les coûts et améliorer la prestation des services. Suivre les indicateurs de performance et soutenir la collecte et l’analyse de données pour formuler des recommandations. Coordonner avec les transporteurs et les transformateurs pour optimiser la logistique.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle et projets stratégiques

Collaborer avec les équipes des finances, de la logistique et des communications pour améliorer les opérations au Québec. Contribuer à des initiatives transversales favorisant l’efficacité et l’engagement des parties prenantes. Participer aux audits de conformité, aux révisions de politiques linguistiques et à l’amélioration continue des systèmes et processus.

Autres tâches connexes. Ce que vous apportez Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède les compétences, l’expérience et les qualifications suivantes :

Baccalauréat en études environnementales, en communications, en administration, en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente. Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en coordination de programmes, en conformité environnementale, en logistique ou en communications bilingues. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Solides compétences organisationnelles, analytiques et en communication, avec une grande attention aux détails. La connaissance des règlements environnementaux et linguistiques du Québec (Recyc-Québec, Charte de la langue française) constitue un atout. Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements au Québec, au besoin.

Please visit http://www.productcare.org to learn more about us. About the position We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administrator to join our programs team in Quebec. The Program Administrator supports the effective administration and coordination of Product Care’s stewardship programs in Québec. This role assists in ensuring program compliance with environmental and linguistic regulations, supports partnerships and logistics, and contributes to the development and maintenance of bilingual communications for Québec and other regions. It combines program administration, stakeholder coordination, data reporting, and communications support to help ensure Québec operations remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with Product Care’s national strategy. Responsibilities: Program Stewardship & Regulatory Compliance

Support the day-to-day administration and compliance reporting of assigned Québec stewardship programs. Ensure adherence to Recyc-Québec requirements, performance targets, and internal governance procedures. Monitor and communicate regulatory changes impacting Product Care’s activities in Québec. Maintain regular contact with regulatory agencies, municipalities, collection sites, and recycling partners. Assist in preparing and submitting performance and compliance reports.

Operational Efficiency & Stakeholder Development

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new collection partners (retailers, municipalities, campgrounds, and depots). Conduct or coordinate field visits and provide training support on program procedures and standards. Identify opportunities and assist in implementing operational improvements to reduce costs and enhance service delivery. Track key performance indicators and support data collection and analysis for recommendations. Coordinate with transporters and processors to help optimize logistics efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Projects

Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Communications teams to help streamline Québec operations. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support stewardship efficiency and stakeholder engagement. Assist with organizational compliance audits, language policy reviews, and system or process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Communications, Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in program coordination, environmental compliance, logistics, or bilingual communications. Advanced bilingual proficiency (French and English), written and oral. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of Québec’s environmental and linguistic regulations (Recyc-Québec, Charte de la langue française) is an asset. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Québec.
