MBA – HR / MSW / MHRD

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
  • Handle recruitment at all levels, including new hires and replacements as assigned by management
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, recruitment service providers, referrals, and online channels (social platforms, professional networks)
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Plan and manage interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, video, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, resumes, and contact details using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department, team, and location
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
  • Ensure timely completion of joining and other HR-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage attendance and leave records
  • Provide payroll support
  • Oversee general office administration
  • Manage the travel desk
  • Handle exit formalities and offboarding processes

Training & Development

  • Plan and implement training and development activities for employees

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and lead Security, Housekeeping and admin staff with their tasks.

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit reports in the proper format on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to the team leader/CXO

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong command over MS Office
  • Working knowledge of HRMS and ATS platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities for handling admin and HR operations simultaneously
