Die Careoss Süd GmbH ist ein modernes Karosserie- und Lackzentrum in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der professionellen Instandsetzung und Lackierung von Fahrzeugen – mit modernen Arbeitsmitteln, effizienten Prozessen und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung von Fahrzeugen und Fahrzeugteilen für die Lackierung
  • Fachgerechtes und präzises Abkleben und Abdecken von Fahrzeugen vor der Lackierung
  • Vorbereitung der Fahrzeuge für die Einfahrt in die Lackierkabine
  • Ermittlung des korrekten Fahrzeugfarbtons anhand der vorhandenen Farbcodes und Systeme
  • Bedienung der Lackmischanlage / Farbmischbank
  • Eingabe der entsprechenden Farbtöne und Mischrezepturen in das System
  • Selbstständiges Anmischen der benötigten Lackfarben nach Vorgabe
  • Kontrolle der angemischten Farbtöne und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lackmaterialien
  • Unterstützung der Fahrzeuglackierer bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im eigenen Arbeitsbereich sowie im Mischraum
  • Einhaltung der Arbeits-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und ein sehr gutes Auge für Details
  • Sehr präzise, sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, auch bei wiederkehrenden Tätigkeiten konstant genau zu arbeiten
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Maschinen bzw. Bereitschaft, sich in die Lackmischanlage einzuarbeiten
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Fahrzeuglackierung, Lackiervorbereitung, Fahrzeugaufbereitung oder einem vergleichbaren handwerklichen Bereich
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse für eine sichere Kommunikation und das Verständnis von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsanweisungen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
