Vi söker nu yrkesarbetare till Peab Asfalt fräsorganisationen i Syd- och Västsverige. Peab Asfalt AB är ett dotterbolag inom Peabkoncernen och är ett av Sveriges största företag inom tillverkning och utläggning av varm, halvvarm och kall asfalt. Vi har starkt innovationsfokus för mer miljövänlig asfalt och tog täten i branschen för att minska koldioxidutsläppet vid lanseringen av ECO-Asfalt. Om tjänsten I rollen som yrkesarbetare inom fräsverksamheten arbetar du tillsammans med ditt lag ute på fältet. Du arbetar med olika uppdrag som att framföra olika fräsmaskiner, soptraktorer med mer, det innebär att du utför första steget i skapandet av ny väg. Ingen dag är den andra lik då både arbetsställe och arbetstider varierar, vilket kräver flexibilitet. Södra och Västra Sverige blir ditt geografiska arbetsområde. Då projekten varierar kan de ibland vara utanför ditt närområde och du måste därför kunna resa och övernatta på annan ort i veckorna. Tjänsten är på heltid utefter fräsverksamhetens årsarbetstidsavtal med startdatum i april 2027 och vi tillämpar provanställning.

Vem är du? Du har en grundutbildning motsvarande gymnasienivå, gärna inom bygg- och anläggningsbranschen och/eller relevant arbetslivserfarenhet som vi bedömer likvärdig. Erfarenhet av arbete inom fräs och/eller asfaltering bedöms som en stor fördel. Som person är du praktiskt lagd och tycker om att samarbeta med andra. Du är ansvarsfull, drivs av att göra ett bra jobb och är noga med arbetstider och säkerheten. Vi söker dig som tycker det är viktigt att arbetsinsatsen ses som en laginsats där du är mån om att lämna över ett snyggt utfört arbete tillsammans med dina kollegor.
