The posting

Are you passionate about renewable energy and motivated by turning complex needs into practical solutions? PEAK Wind is seeking a consultant to support product and project delivery across Data & Intelligence. You will help drive the delivery of our data, analytics, reporting, and digital solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who can connect clients, renewable energy specialists, and technical teams, and who enjoys taking responsibility from the first conversation to a solution that creates measurable value.

Introducing the Data & Intelligence Team You will become part of our Data & Intelligence (D&I) team, where we work within PEAK Wind’s operations management service offering and manage full value chain data management for our clients. We support renewable energy assets worldwide through data management, reporting solutions, analytics, digital products, and AI capabilities, helping deliver data-driven solutions that support our clients and renewable energy projects. Our team consists of highly motivated professionals who bring diverse backgrounds and a strong commitment to excellence. We support one another, share knowledge, and celebrate both individual and collective achievements.

You will report to the Head of Data & Intelligence and work closely with colleagues across D&I, Asset Management, Engineering, HSEQ, Finance, and Business Development. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery with data engineers, data scientists, developers, and renewable energy specialists, while acting as a clear and trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

How You Will Make an Impact In this role, you will combine product ownership with project delivery, turning business and client needs into well-defined, commercially sound, and successfully delivered D&I solutions. You will take ownership of selected products and projects, create structure around delivery, and ensure that commitments move from proposal and plan to implementation, adoption, and follow-up.

Your work will span both recurring services and new opportunities. This includes day-to-day ownership of selected digital products, coordination of analytics and reporting solutions based on operational and SCADA data, and delivery of selected AI and automation initiatives. You will help ensure that our products and services solve real operational problems rather than becoming isolated technical exercises.

On smaller assignments, you may own the full process from client dialogue and scoping through delivery and handover. On larger assignments, you will work with a multidisciplinary team and keep scope, responsibilities, budget, timeline, quality, and stakeholder expectations aligned. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own and coordinate selected D&I client projects and internal initiatives from initial need and scoping through delivery, adoption, and follow-up
  • Translate operational and commercial challenges into clear requirements, work packages, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans for technical teams
  • Take day-to-day ownership of selected digital products and reporting solutions, including backlog management, stakeholder coordination, implementation planning, user feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate analytics and reporting use cases involving SCADA data, availability, production losses, alarms, asset performance, and operational reporting
  • Support proposals and commercial scoping by defining deliverables, assumptions, team setup, effort, pricing input, risks, dependencies, and expected client value
  • Act as the link between clients, renewable energy specialists, Product Owners, data engineers, data scientists, and software developers
  • Manage delivery governance, including progress tracking, budgets, risks, decisions, actions, dependencies, and clear communication to stakeholders
  • Drive selected AI, reporting, and automation initiatives together with technical specialists, ensuring that solutions are useful, governed, and adopted
  • Challenge requests constructively, clarify the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or non-technical solution when that creates better value
  • Create clear documentation, client material, handovers, and ways of working so solutions can be operated, supported, and scaled
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to D&I frameworks, templates, playbooks, product roadmaps, and continuous improvement across PEAK Wind

What Will Make You Successful in This Role At PEAK Wind, we know success comes in many forms. What matters most is your ability to create clarity, build trust, and get valuable work delivered. The following qualities and experiences will help you succeed in this role:

  • A degree in engineering, renewable energy, data, business, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent track record from technical consulting or digital delivery
  • Experience managing client-facing projects, digital products, analytics solutions, or operational improvement initiatives from scope to implementation
  • A strong understanding of project and product delivery, including requirements, prioritisation, planning, budgets, risks, stakeholder management, and handover
  • The ability to work across commercial, operational, and technical topics and translate effectively between specialists and decision-makers
  • Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, estimates, presentations, or business cases, with an understanding of how delivery choices affect client value and profitability
  • Professional experience in renewable energy, asset management, operational analytics, or another complex technical environment; wind operations, SCADA, availability, or performance reporting experience is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with data and digital products such as Power BI, APIs, cloud platforms, reporting systems, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions; hands-on software development is not required
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
  • A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the initiative to create momentum when requirements are incomplete or responsibilities are unclear
  • Sound commercial judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to balance quality, timeline, effort, and business value
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to stay calm, constructive, and accountable in an international, cross-functional environment

We care more about your ability to structure ambiguity, build strong relationships, and deliver useful outcomes than about a specific job title or number of years.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
