Som butikschef för Peak Performance Luleå blir du en nyckelperson i att skapa en butik som inspirerar. Du leder försäljningen och säkerställer en kundupplevelse i världsklass – samtidigt som du bygger ett starkt, motiverat team. Anställningen är ett vikariat på ca. 5 månader med start omgående, med god chans till förlängning.

Dina ansvarsområden:

  • Maximera försäljningen och säkerställ att butikens försäljningsmål uppnås
  • Skapa en kundupplevelse i världsklass genom att följa våra varumärkesspecifika servicestandarder
  • Coacha och inspirera ditt team till att leverera överlägsen service, stärka varumärkesidentiteten och utveckla djup produktkunskap
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av HR- och lönekrav, kollektivavtal, lokala lagar samt interna policys och processer
  • Skydda företagets tillgångar och upprätthåll våra säkerhets- och stöldförebyggande riktlinjer och program
  • Attrahera, rekrytera och utveckla talanger och genom ditt ledarskap bygga ett högpresterande team

För att vara framgångsrik i denna roll behöver du:

  • Ett bevisat track record av att uppnå och överträffa försäljnings- och vinstresultat
  • Erfarenhet som ledare med förmåga att bygga, leda och hantera ett högpresterande team
  • Förmågan att arbeta ett flexibelt schema för att möta verksamhetens behov, vilket kommer att kräva helger, kvällar och helgdagar
  • God förmåga att fatta beslut i en snabb miljö
  • Stor språkkompetens i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
  • Goda kunskaper i officepaketet, främst excel
  • Gedigen erfarenhet från retail
  • Du bör vara ordningsam och strukturerad med förmågan att kunna hantera flera uppgifter och prioriteringar samtidigt
