JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE Responsible for developing and managing complex projects across multiple locations. Thriving in a results-driven environment, this role collaborates closely with the sales team to develop winning technology strategies, design solutions, and promote our portfolio of services. Transitioning to a Specialist and Post-Sales focus, the Senior Solutions Engineer delivers technical presentations, provides support, and executes billable services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Strong project management skills, customer-centricity, and adaptability are key for success in this role. Join us and drive innovation in technology solutions.   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Self-motivation, and the ability to manage through ambiguity while also asking questions for understanding.  Manage multiple complex projects, customers, and interruptions with ease. A strong and proven work ethic, high energy, and outstanding organizational skills. Complete ownership of time and task management. Analytic ability to gather and summarize data. Display a strong sense of emotional intelligence.  Be able to relate and communicate effectively with an array of personalities and cultures. Demonstrate quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills. Work effectively and efficiently under pressure and stress while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. Travel may be required for company events, training, and customer visits.

  EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS

Technical four-year degree, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.   Problem-solving and decision making. Proactivity and self-direction. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. This list is not exhaustive or complete.   LANGUAGE SKILLS

Primary language used in daily operations is English. Additional primary company languages include Spanish, French, and Dutch. Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external. Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.

  SUPERVISION

Role does not require supervision of direct and indirect reports, however you may be responsible for delegating work on large projects to other project resources.

Able to take accountability and responsibility for business target delivery and decision making.
