Our business is continuing to grow and we are seeking a high level key person(s) to add to our awesome team. No optical experience? We'll teach you on the job!

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1 year minimum sales or customer service experience in any field

JOB DETAILS

We are going to provide on the job training that will enable you to do the following:

  • Assist customers in all aspects of eyewear selection
  • Support our customers by answering their phone calls
  • Place customer orders in to the point of sale system
  • Help customer understand vision insurance benefits
  • Maintain, adjust and dispense eyewear to the customer
  • Continually learn and grow so that you may best serve the customer
  • Perform basic daily chores that keep our office looking clean, organized and professional
  • Promote the highest level of customer service to our valued customers

There are many facets to this job. Details and duties will include the above mentioned but all of the details are too numerous to mention.
