Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsbereichs Wärmepumpe.
  • Du entwickelst einen standardisierten Prozess vom vorkonfigurierten Vertriebsauftrag bis zur fertiggestellten und in Betrieb genommenen Anlage.
  • Du definierst die Anforderungen an technische Machbarkeit, Planung und Projektdokumentation.
  • Du führst das technische Projektmanagement, das die Anlagen detailliert plant, Stücklisten erstellt und die Ausführung durch Subunternehmen koordiniert.
  • Du baust ein leistungsfähiges Netzwerk aus qualifizierten SHK- und Montagepartnern auf und stellst eine hohe Ausführungsqualität sicher.
  • Du verantwortest die Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit des Wärmepumpenbereichs.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Photovoltaik zusammen und entwickelst gemeinsame Abläufe für kombinierte PV- und Wärmepumpenprojekte.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem technischen Projektmanagement und dem Netzmanagement sorgst du für eine reibungslose bereichsübergreifende Projektabwicklung.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung oder Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich SHK, Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Energietechnik
  • Idealerweise Meister-, Techniker- oder Ingenieurqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Wärmepumpen, Heizungsbau oder technischer Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Erfahrung in der Planung, Projektabwicklung und Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und die Fähigkeit, skalierbare Strukturen aufzubauen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke und eine verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Interesse an integrierten Energielösungen aus Wärmepumpe, Photovoltaik, Speicher und Energiemanagement
