Pedagogicko-psychologická poradna Plzeňského kraje se sídlem Částkova 78,326 00 Plzeň-LobzyNabízí pracovní pozici IT specialisty.Nástup možný ihned nebo dle dohody.Životopis a profesní portfolio mohou zájemci zaslat k rukám ředitelky zařízení, PhDr. Ireny Příkazské na e-mail: <a href="[email protected]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> nebo poštou na výše uvedenou adresu.Hlavní náplň práce • Instalace, konfigurace, správa a údržba koncových stanic, příslušenství a software.• Zajištění dostupnosti a provozuschopnosti IT technologií.• Podpora zaměstnanců v oblasti IT (na místě i vzdáleně), školení.• Vytváření a aktualizace dokumentace a manuálů, spoluúčast na tvorbě bezpečnostní dokumentace. • Zajištění a kontrola bezpečnostních opatření v rámci IT. • Administrativní činnosti IT oddělení a spolupráce při návrhu a rozvoji ICT technologií, spolupráce s vedením organizace.• Koordinace externích dodavatelů.• Základní správa serverů (Windows) a síťových prvků a síťové infrastruktury a dalších ICT technologií.• Správa uživatelských účtů (Active Directory / Entra ID), oprávnění (RBAC).• Monitoring, detekce problémů a výpadků a jejich odstraňování. Pro koho je pozice vhodná?• Seniorní IT správce s předchozími zkušenostmi se správou IT infrastruktury, sítí a serverů.• Absolvent, juniorní IT technik, s IT vzděláním v oboru správy IT a síťové infrastruktury. Požadavky • SŠ, VŠ vzdělání (IT obor).• Řidičský průkaz skupiny B.• Znalost AJ (alespoň na úrovni základní písemné komunikace a čtení dokumentací).• Velmi dobrá uživatelská znalost práce na PC (Windows, Office, Teams).• Znalost administrace operačních systémů Windows, Windows Server, základní znalost OS Linux výhodou.• Základní znalost správy sítě (L1), správa switchů, routerů, firewallu, virtualizace.• Znalost cloudového prostředí Microsoft 365 - správa uživatelů, licencí, mailboxů (výhodou znalost Entra ID, Exchange, Intune).• Samostatnost, kreativita, pečlivost, ochota se vzdělávat, týmová spolupráce, logické myšlení a rozhodování, komunikativnost. Jaké technologie používáme?• Na koncových zařízeních OS Windows 11.• Na serverech ve většině Windows Server (2019-2025), z části používáme Linux servery (Debian, Ubuntu), virtualizujeme na VMware.• Na Windows serverech běží většina základních služeb (AD, ADCS, DNS, DHCP, FS), databáze SQL, MariaDB.• Microsoft 365 používáme jako emailový server, ale stále více také technologie jako OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune a další.• Většinu síťových prvků tvoří zařízení značek SonicWall, Dell, Unifi. Co můžeme nabídnout?• Pracovní poměr na plný, nebo zkrácený pracovní úvazek, zkušební doba 4 měsíce.• Zajímavou a různorodou práci v příjemném kolektivu s časovou flexibilitou.• Platové ohodnocení dle tarifní tabulky, podle zařazení na základě prokázaných zkušeností a praxe, 30 000 – 42 000 Kč.• Osobní ohodnocení a odměny, pravidelný platový postup dle tarifní tabulky.• Penzijní připojištění.• 25 dní dovolené, služební notebook, mobil.
