Pedon SpA, industria alimentare leader mondiale nelle soluzioni innovative a base di legumi, cereali e semi, sta ricercando OPERAI ADDETTI AGLI IMPIANTI ALIMENTARI. Sarai inserito/a all'interno di un contesto dinamico e svolgerai parte o tutte le seguenti attività: preparazione ingredientisca; settaggio dell’impianto di confezionamento tramite l'immissione dei parametri e variabili rilevanti per il suo corretto funzionamento; controllo del ciclo di lavorazione secondo gli standard applicati; controllo del prodotto confezionato; compilazione reportistica e analisi del prodotto; movimentazione merci. Ti richiediamo disponibilità al lavoro su tre turni. Per dei periodi predefiniti, ti verrà richiesto il lavoro anche durante i week end. Nella nostra azienda prevediamo un percorso di introduzione alla mansione, durante le prime settimane, infatti, verrai formato sul ruolo che andrai a ricoprire. Requisiti Valuteremo la tua candidatura se possiedi, preferibilmente: Diploma di scuola superiore; Esperienza pregressa in ambito produttivo e attitudine ad interfacciarsi con macchine/impianti; Esperienza pregressa nell'industria alimentare; Capacità effettiva di lavoro in team, predisposizione all'ordine, alla cura del dettaglio e al rispetto delle procedure; Affidabilità e serietà. Benefit Ti offriamo inizialmente un inserimento a tempo determinato con concreta possibilità di futura stabilizzazione in azienda. Il tuo lordo iniziale moltiplicato per 14 mensilità sarà di € 1.925,00. Potrai usufruire del nostro ristorante aziendale durante la tua pausa turno, il pasto è quasi interamente a carico azienda.
