W związku z rozwojem obszaru AI i zarządzania wiedzą poszukujemy osoby, która będzie odpowiadać za projektowanie i rozwój SharePoint jako centralnej Bazy Wiedzy organizacji oraz kluczowego źródła danych dla rozwiązań opartych o Generative AI, RAG, Microsoft Copilot i Azure AI.

Na tym stanowisku będziesz łączyć kompetencje z obszaru SharePoint, Knowledge Management, Information Architecture oraz AI, projektując rozwiązania umożliwiające efektywne wykorzystanie wiedzy organizacyjnej zarówno przez pracowników, jak i nowoczesne systemy AI.

  • projektowanie architektury SharePoint Online dla centralnej Bazy Wiedzy organizacji,
  • tworzenie i rozwijanie struktur serwisów, bibliotek dokumentów, hub sites oraz przestrzeni wiedzy,
  • definiowanie architektury informacji obejmującej metadane, taxonomy, content types, klasyfikację dokumentów, ownership treści oraz ich cykl życia,
  • projektowanie standardów publikacji, wersjonowania, aktualizacji i archiwizacji wiedzy,
  • zapewnienie odpowiedniej jakości i struktury danych wykorzystywanych przez rozwiązania AI,
  • przygotowanie SharePoint jako źródła danych dla rozwiązań opartych o Generative AI, RAG i Azure AI Search,
  • współpraca przy projektowaniu procesów obejmujących ekstrakcję dokumentów, chunking, embeddings, indeksowanie oraz retrieval,
  • projektowanie integracji SharePoint z Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph oraz Microsoft Graph Connectors,
  • współpraca z zespołami AI przy optymalizacji jakości wyszukiwania i skuteczności systemów RAG,
  • projektowanie rozwiązań umożliwiających wykorzystywanie wiedzy organizacyjnej przez portal Bazy Wiedzy, wyszukiwarki, chatboty, Copiloty oraz agentów AI,
  • współpraca z właścicielami wiedzy w zakresie poprawy jakości, struktury i kompletności dokumentacji,
  • przygotowywanie dokumentacji architektonicznej, standardów oraz rekomendacji dotyczących zarządzania wiedzą,
  • współpraca z zespołami bezpieczeństwa, architektury korporacyjnej oraz Responsible AI.
  • posiadasz minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy z SharePoint lub Microsoft 365,
  • bardzo dobrze znasz SharePoint Online oraz jego możliwości w zakresie zarządzania dokumentami i wiedzą,
  • bardzo dobrze rozumiesz zagadnienia związane z architekturą informacji, metadanymi, content types, taxonomy oraz modelowaniem struktur wiedzy
  • rozumiesz zagadnienia związane z autoryzacją, bezpieczeństwem i zarządzaniem dostępem w systemach AI,
  • potrafisz projektować skalowalne rozwiązania dla dużych organizacji,
  • posiadasz umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji oraz diagramów architektonicznych,
  • skutecznie współpracujesz z zespołami biznesowymi, technologicznymi i architektonicznymi,
  • znasz architekturę rozwiązań Generative AI, RAG oraz nowoczesnych systemów wyszukiwania informacji [mile widziane],
  • masz doświadczenie w projektowaniu rozwiązań typu Enterprise Knowledge Base, intranet, document management lub knowledge management [mile widziane],
  • masz doświadczenie w budowie produkcyjnych rozwiązań RAG [mile widziane],
  • znasz Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry lub inne platformy wykorzystywane do budowy rozwiązań GenAI [mile widziane],
  • masz doświadczenie w budowie agentów AI wykorzystujących wiedzę zgromadzoną w SharePoint [mile widziane],
  • odnajdujesz się w pracy w sektorze finansowym lub innych środowiskach regulowanych i wymagających wysokich standardów bezpieczeństwa [mile widziane].
  • umowę B2B,
