Om onze technische werkplaats te versterken, zoeken we een CAM Programmeur die technische ontwerpen vertaalt naar nauwkeurige CNC-programma's en graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als CAM Programmeur vorm jij de schakel tussen technisch ontwerp en uitvoering. Je vertaalt tekeningen en CAD-modellen naar betrouwbare CNC-programma's en denkt mee over de beste manier om onderdelen te maken.

  • Van ontwerp naar CNC-programma: je analyseert technische tekeningen en CAD-modellen en vertaalt ze naar nauwkeurige CAM-programma's.
  • Slimme bewerkingsstrategieën: je bepaalt de juiste bewerkingsvolgorde, opspanningen, gereedschappen en snijcondities.
  • Machinebouw en maatwerk: je programmeert onderdelen voor machines, aanpassingen, herstellingen, onderhoud en prototypes.
  • Mallen voor serieproductie: je maakt zelf de nodige mallen waarmee onze operatoren verder aan de slag gaan.
  • Zelf aan de machine: voor herstellingen, onderhoud en prototypes verzorg je het volledige traject, van programmatie tot uitvoering op CNC-, draai- en freesmachines.
  • Kwaliteit en samenwerking: je simuleert en controleert programma's, ondersteunt operatoren en documenteert instellingen en leerpunten.

Je bent technisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om oplossingen te vinden voor uitdagende onderdelen. Je schrijft niet zomaar een programma, maar begrijpt ook waarom een stuk op een bepaalde manier gemaakt moet worden.

  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht, met oog voor maakbaarheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je begrijpt hoe materialen, gereedschappen en machines op elkaar inspelen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je communiceert vlot met technische collega's en operatoren.
  • Je haalt energie uit technisch maatwerk en nieuwe uitdagingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en documenteert je werk zorgvuldig.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een technische opleiding op TSO-, bachelor- of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met CNC-programmatie en CAM-software.
  • Een goede kennis van technische tekeningen en CAD-modellen.
  • Ervaring met CNC-frezen, draaien en bewerkingstechnieken.
  • Inzicht in materialen, opspanningen, gereedschappen en snijcondities.
  • Kennis van simulatie en controle van CNC-programma's.
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en zin om ook zelf aan de machines te werken.We zoeken iemand die technisch sterk is, nauwkeurig werkt en graag puzzelt op maakbaarheid. Iemand die niet zomaar een programma maakt, maar begrijpt waarom een stuk op een bepaalde manier gemaakt moet worden.
