Bij Peleman Industries ontwikkelen en produceren we oplossingen die ideeën tastbaar maken. Achter onze productie staan machines, constructies en technische innovaties die voortdurend verder evolueren. Daarom zoeken we een Mechanical Engineer die niet alleen problemen kan analyseren, maar vooral ook nieuwe mechanische oplossingen kan bedenken én realiseren.

Jouw uitdaging

Je ontwerpt nieuwe machines, machineonderdelen en mechanische constructies. Je start bij een functionele behoefte, werkt zelfstandig technische concepten en 3D ontwerpen uit en begeleidt de realisatie tot een werkende oplossing. Tegelijk help je onze bestaande productieinstallaties structureel beter en betrouwbaarder te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Nieuwe machines, mechanismen en mechanische constructies ontwerpen en technisch uitwerken.
  • Concepten vertalen naar 3D modellen in SolidWorks, berekeningen, productietekeningen en stuklijsten.
  • Materialen, aandrijvingen en componenten kiezen op basis van functionaliteit, veiligheid en maakbaarheid.
  • Prototypes, testen, montage en ingebruikname technisch begeleiden.
  • Structurele mechanische verbeteringen aan bestaande productiemachines realiseren.
  • Samenwerken met Automation Engineering, Maintenance, Production en externe machinebouwers.
  • Ontwerpkeuzes, technische wijzigingen en testresultaten helder documenteren.

Wat breng je mee ?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een mechanische of elektromechanische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het zelfstandig ontwerpen van machines of mechanische constructies.
  • Je werkt vlot met SolidWorks en begrijpt mechanica, materialen, toleranties en productieprocessen.
  • Je kunt een mechanisch ontwerp niet alleen tekenen, maar ook berekenen, beoordelen, testen en realiseren.
  • Je denkt creatief, werkt gestructureerd en zoekt oplossingen die in de praktijk werken.
  • Je overlegt vlot met collega’s uit verschillende technische disciplines.
