Studeer jij rechten en wil jij tijdens je studie al inhoudelijk aan de slag als werkstudent? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou om de sectie Innovation, Privacy & Technology (IP&T) te versterken.

IP&T begeleidt haar cliënten bij het gebruik van data en (nieuwe) technologie, zoals artificial intelligence en (slimme) camera’s. Ons multidisciplinaire team bestaat onder meer uit advocaten die gespecialiseerd zijn in privacy-, IT-, IE- en mediarecht. De advocaten van IP&T procederen en adviseren, zowel in het publieke als private domein. IP&T houdt zich bezig met nieuwe wetgeving op het gebied van data en technologie en is van het begin af aan betrokken bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van innovaties. IP&T werkt nauw samen met ontwikkelaars en programmeurs, om de juridische eisen direct in de techniek te verwerken.

De werkzaamheden waarvoor we een werkstudent zoeken bestaan onder meer uit het uitzoeken van juridische vragen, jurisprudentieonderzoek en andere inhoudelijke werkzaamheden binnen de rechtsgebieden van IP&T.

Uiteraard ontvang je voor je werkzaamheden een marktconform salaris.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je zit in het einde van de bachelor of je volgt een master op het gebied van informatierecht, intellectueel eigendom of technologie. Bij voorkeur ben je zes maanden beschikbaar gedurende 2 dagen per week. Daarnaast beschik je over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden. Ook ben je toegewijd, nauwkeurig en houd je van een uitdaging?
