What You'll Do:

  • Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
  • Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area

What You'll Bring:

Wage: $35 - $42 per hour
