As a Hospice CNA, you are often the person patients and families see the most.

You will:

• Provide personal, hands-on care in patients’ homes

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)

• Assisting with mobility and range of motion exercises

• Taking and recording vital signs

• Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment

• Reporting changes in condition to the nurse or case manager

• Supporting patients and families with compassion and respect

Pay & Benefits

$22.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)
