Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Project Surveyor Licensed in Pennsylvania (PLS). You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&R’s market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Survey.
- Professional Surveyor license (PLS).
- 10 to 15 years of civil surveying experience.
- Work experience in the following is required:Boundary retracements and subdivisions. Topographic surveys. Land Development. Carlson Survey CAD experience a PLUS. Carlson Survey data collection experience a PLUS. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a PLUS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide deed plotting review and boundary solve, review and stamp plans.
- Attend municipal meetings for various submittals such as subdivision & planning.
- Perform field work and site visits for verification.
- Data translation/transfer and point generation for stakeouts.
- Ability or willingness to learn LiDAR/point cloud data processing.
- Carlson Survey CAD and standard drafting techniques and applications.
- Work with your Project Manager to coordinate with field crews and assist in preparing proposals.
