The posting

1. EXPERT MÉTIER

- Accompagner les équipes produit (principalement les équipes en charge des développements liés au secteur agricole) dans la conception et la validation des fonctionnalités comptables (workshop, revue de prototypes…), ;

- Aider les product managers à traduire les besoins comptables en spécifications produit compréhensibles ;

- Documenter les décisions produits au regard de la réglementation comptable ;

- Challenger les solutions proposées d'un point de vue comptable et arbitrer entre différents retours utilisateurs si nécessaire.

2. VEILLE RÉGLEMENTAIRE

- Coordonner avec les équipes juridiques et conformité ;

- Traduire les impacts produit des nouvelles réglementations comptables agricoles (ex: modifications du plan comptable, évolutions des normes) ;

- Prioriser et planifier les mises en conformité nécessaires.

3. QA

- Participer à la définition des scénarios de tests comptables ;

- Valider la conformité des calculs, des écritures comptables, des états financiers et déclarations fiscales, … ;

- Confirmer le résultat comptable attendu d’une fonctionnalité ;

- Participer aux revues de qualité avant les déploiements majeurs.

4. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

- Créer et maintenir la documentation technique comptable ;

- Former les équipes produit sur les concepts comptables clés ;

- Animer des sessions de partage de connaissances.

👥 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

FORMATION & EXPÉRIENCE

- Diplôme en comptabilité/expertise comptable (DCG, DSCG, DEC) ou équivalent

- 5+ années d'expérience en cabinet comptable (avec une part significative du portefeuille composé d’entreprises agricoles), ou au sein d’un éditeur de logiciel de comptabilité agricole

- Expérience dans une boite produit ou tech (bonus)

EXPERTISE TECHNIQUE

- Maîtrise approfondie des principes comptables et fiscaux français liés au secteur agricole

- Connaissance des processus de production comptable en cabinet

- Compréhension des enjeux de digitalisation de la profession

- Familiarité avec les outils comptables modernes

COMPÉTENCES CLÉS

- Excellence analytique et rigueur professionnelle

- Capacité à vulgariser des concepts complexes

- Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration

- Esprit de synthèse et documentation

- Proactivité et autonomie
