Le contexte du poste

Tu rejoindras l'équipe Sales SME, au cœur du moteur commercial de Pennylane. L'équipe est en charge d'accompagner les petites et moyennes entreprises tout au long de leur parcours d'achat, de la première prise de contact jusqu'à la signature. Tu seras un appui clé pour les Account Executives (AE), les Sales Development Representatives (SDR) et les Managers de l'équipe.

Tes missions

🚀 New Business (Sales)

- Gérer les demandes de devis entrantes et assurer un suivi rigoureux (relance, closing)

- Contacter les leads dès qu’ils tombent pour maximiser la conversion en un rendez-vous pour l’équipe SDR et maximiser l’expérience client

- Relancer les no-shows des étapes qualification et démo pour récupérer des créneaux

- Participer à la gestion des deals AE Small à potentiel

🗂️ Administration des Ventes (ADV)

- Assister les AE SMEs sur leur tâches administratives au sein du CRM Salesforce

- Appuyer les SDR dans la création et la mise à jour des opportunités

- Gérer les tâches liées à l'onboarding Reconciliation pour les nouveaux clients

- Mise à jour de base de données (base de références commerciales)

📊 Projets Sales

- Assister les Managers dans le suivi et la coordination de projets sales quotidiens

- Contribuer à l'organisation des rituels d'équipe (quarterly, team meetings, etc.)

- Prendre en charge des projets et missions ponctuelles selon les besoins de l'équipe

Le profil que nous recherchons

- Tu prépares un Bac+4/Bac+5 en école de commerce, université ou formation équivalente

- Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et tu sais gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle

- Tu es à l'aise au téléphone et tu n'as pas peur de décrocher pour appeler un prospect

- Tu as le sens du service et tu aimes travailler en équipe

- Tu maîtrises (ou es curieux(se) d'apprendre) des outils comme Salesforce, Slack, Notion

- Tu es proactif(ve) : tu identifies les problèmes et tu proposes des solutions

- Un premier contact avec le monde de la vente ou de la relation client est un plus

- Une compréhension profonde des cycles de vente B2B SaaS

- La maîtrise des outils de référence du métier (CRM, outils de prospection, etc.)
