Voor een eigentijds en ambitieus boekhoudkantoor zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren dossierbeheerder/accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je krijgt het vertrouwen om je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z op te volgen en denkt mee na over hoe dossiers en processen nog efficiënter kunnen worden aangepakt.

Je sluit aan bij een betrokken team van 12 medewerkers, verdeeld over twee vestigingen. De sfeer is collegiaal en kennis delen wordt aangemoedigd. De klantenportefeuille is gevarieerd en bestaat uit zowel zelfstandigen als KMO's, actief in verschillende sectoren en regio's. Dankzij een moderne digitale werkomgeving kun je je focussen op wat echt telt: een correcte boekhouding, een persoonlijke klantenrelatie en kwalitatief advies.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je neemt de volledige opvolging van jouw klantendossiers voor je rekening, van de dagelijkse boekhouding tot de afsluiting.
  • Je verwerkt boekhoudkundige documenten en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige indiening van btw-aangiften.
  • Je maakt tussentijdse cijfers, balansen en jaarrekeningen op.
  • Je verzorgt de voorbereiding van fiscale aangiften voor zowel particulieren als vennootschappen.
  • Je bewaakt de fiscale en boekhoudkundige deadlines en volgt wijzigingen in de regelgeving op.
  • Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt hen met praktisch en fiscaal advies.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de werking en draagt bij aan een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in accountancy-fiscaliteit of hebt gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers beheren en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's en vertaalt financiële informatie naar helder advies.
  • Je bent iemand die graag samenwerkt, maar ook zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen.
