Voor een ambitieuze onderneming in de regio Oostrozebeke zijn wij op zoek naar een Corporate Controller die graag een brede financiële verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. De organisatie heeft doorheen de jaren een sterke expertise opgebouwd binnen haar vakgebied en combineert gespecialiseerde activiteiten met een internationale commerciële aanwezigheid. Vanuit verschillende entiteiten en buitenlandse vestigingen wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan de verdere uitbouw van de groep. Om de financiële werking op groepsniveau verder te versterken, komt er ruimte voor een Corporate Controller die als belangrijke schakel fungeert tussen Finance en het management. Je krijgt een veelzijdige rol waarin financiële rapportering, controlling en businessgerichte analyses elkaar aanvullen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de financiële resultaten, maar denk je ook actief mee over de prestaties van de verschillende entiteiten, de optimalisatie van processen en de verdere strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bouwt en beheert de groepsrapportering en vertaalt rapporteringsnoden naar relevante KPI's, dashboards en managementrapporten.
  • Je analyseert omzet, marges, kosten en rendabiliteit en zet trends en afwijkingen om in concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en tijdigheid van financiële en operationele data door nauw af te stemmen met de buitenlandse entiteiten.
  • Je zet data-analyse, automatisering en AI in om rapportering, forecasting en financiële processen slimmer en sneller te maken.
  • Als finance business partner ondersteun je het management bij budgettering, forecasting en performance reviews en begeleid je de integratie van nieuwe bedrijven in de rapportering en processen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in finance, economie, handelsingenieur of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent analytisch en kritisch, kijkt verder dan de cijfers en vertaalt businessvragen naar heldere inzichten.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en Office 365 en hebt ervaring met dashboarding en reporting automation. Kennis van Odoo is een plus.
  • Je hebt ervaring met AI-tools of een sterke interesse om AI toe te passen in financiële analyses. Je spreekt goed Engels en voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving.
