Voor een internationale organisatie met een familiale sfeer in de regio Mechelen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Credit Controller die het finance team versterkt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt over het volledige debiteurenbeheer van een toegewezen entiteit.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je boekt de banken en behoudt zo een volledig overzicht over de openstaande debiteuren en klantendossiers
  • Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten om betalingsafspraken te maken en achterstanden professioneel op te lossen
  • Je werkt samen met lokale afdelingen om de juiste klanten aan te manen en ondersteunt bij juridische stappen en de opvolging van dossiers bij de advocaat
  • Je stelt regelmatig rapportages op en bespreekt deze met de financieel en siteverantwoordelijke om de juiste acties te bepalen
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere vormgeving van deze nieuwe functie en stelt procesoptimalisaties voor waar nodig

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in financiën, bedrijfskunde of een boekhoudkundige richting en hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in credit control
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt je oog voor detail ook wanneer je snel moet schakelen
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Frans en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en bent hands-on, leergierig en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Ervaring in creditmanagement is een mooie plus
