Klaar om je eigen KMO-dossiers te beheren, in een kantoor waar jij mee bepaalt hoe je werk eruitziet? Onze klant is een familiaal accountancykantoor in Herentals dat al jaren een vaste waarde is voor KMO's uit allerlei sectoren. Het team telt negen collega's, de lijnen zijn kort en persoonlijk contact met klanten staat centraal. Er is bovendien enorm veel flexibiliteit: je plant je werk en je week mee zoals het voor jou past, zodat werk en privé vlot samengaan.

Voor die klanten zoeken ze een ervaren dossierbeheerder die het aanspreekpunt wordt voor een eigen portefeuille.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

Als dossierbeheerder ziet jouw dag er ongeveer zo uit:

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een aantal KMO-dossiers van A tot Z, nadat de assistenten de facturen en financiële verrichtingen verwerkt hebben
  • Je maakt tussentijdse resultatenrekeningen, jaarafsluitingen en jaarrekeningen op
  • Je staat in voor de btw-verplichtingen en de aangiftes in de personen- en vennootschapsbelasting
  • Je bereidt fiscale controles voor
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en adviseert hen bij boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Dit breng je mee als dossierbeheerder bij ons:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy Fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je kent de btw goed, zodat je de aangiftes en verplichtingen van je klanten zelfstandig kunt opvolgen
