Bij onze partner lopen vakmensen en (ver)bouwers graag binnen, omwille van hun grote voorraad en goede service. Naast hun digitale dienstverlening willen ze ook gewoon échte mensen zien en spreken. Ze kennen hun klanten en hun vak, en gaan voor een langdurige, duurzame relatie. En dat contact, dat ben jij. Als Filiaalverantwoordelijke zorg jij ervoor dat de shop op wieltjes loopt en dat klanten en medewerkers zich er thuis voelen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je ondersteunt de sector manager bij het begeleiden en coachen van de filiaalmedewerkers.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen de verschillende verkoopfuncties binnen het filiaal.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je filiaal, met respect voor onze bedrijfsfilosofie.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op en zorgt voor een optimale service om de verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen en klachten en komt snel met een oplossing.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een diploma middelbaar onderwijs, of bent hieraan gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt via opleiding en/of ervaring een technische achtergrond opgebouwd in een technische of bouwgerelateerde sector.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een verkoopfunctie; leidinggevende ervaring is een sterke plus.
  • Je motiveert en coacht een team op een natuurlijke manier.
  • Je bent resultaatsgericht, commercieel ingesteld en schrikt niet terug om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
