Heb jij een stevige boekhoudkundige basis en werk jij het liefst in een omgeving waar je rechtstreeks kan schakelen met de leidinggevende en waar jouw inbreng direct zichtbaar is? Houd jij ervan om dossiers van begin tot einde op te volgen en tegelijk nieuwe kennis op te doen? Dan willen wij jou leren kennen!

Voor een gevestigde en ambitieuze organisatie in de regio Antwerpen, die samenwerkt met grote groepen en aandeelhouders, zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige GL Accountant die de Finance Director ondersteunt in de dagelijkse financiële werking.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je verwerkt dagelijks de boekingen in het grootboek en controleert en boekt de inkomende facturen, inclusief de opvolging van leveranciers
  • Je maakt de kostenafrekeningen op voor huurders en verzorgt de btw-aangiftes van voorbereiding tot indiening
  • Je werkt mee aan de periodieke afsluitingen en levert de nodige documenten aan voor audits
  • Je krijgt de kans om je te verdiepen in controlling en neemt hierin stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je springt waar nodig bij voor praktische en administratieve taken op kantoor

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring in de algemene boekhouding en werkt vlot met Excel
  • Kennis van btw en fiscale regels is een duidelijke troef
  • Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist; je praktische ingesteldheid, leergierigheid en gezond verstand wegen zwaarder door
  • Je werkt precies, neemt initiatief en voelt je goed in een omgeving zonder starre structuren
  • Je woont dicht bij het kantoor in Antwerpen en kan het eerste jaar volledig op kantoor aanwezig zijn
