Ben jij een leider die strategie en uitvoering moeiteloos combineert? Voor een stabiele distributiespeler in de Kortrijkse regio zijn we op zoek naar een Head of Purchasing & Inventory die aankoop en voorraad als één geheel aanstuurt.

Je rapporteert op managementniveau en hebt een directe impact op de marges en de servicegraad van het bedrijf. Je team bestaat uit een tiental profielen, van inkopers tot voorraadanalisten, deels in West-Vlaanderen en deels in het oosten van het land.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Het aankoop- en voorraadbeleid bepalen en vertalen naar concrete doelstellingen.
  • Strategische afspraken maken met leveranciers en hun performantie bewaken.
  • De volledige flow van aankoop tot betaling verder professionaliseren.
  • Bruggen bouwen met Category Management, Sales, Finance en IT rond gezamenlijke doelen.
  • Een cultuur van eigenaarschap en continue verbetering creëren in je team.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma (minstens bachelor) en 5 jaar of meer ervaring in aankoop of operations.
  • Je hebt een aantoonbare strategische rol opgenomen binnen een aankoopafdeling.
  • Je hebt ervaring met people management en continuous improvement.
  • Je bent no-nonsense en hands-on, ook op managementniveau.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels en staat open voor nieuwe technologie zoals AI.
