Onze klant is een verzekeringskantoor dat sterk inzet op persoonlijk advies en op de ontwikkeling van zijn mensen. Ter versterking van het team zoeken ze een verzekeringsadviseur die klanten met een glimlach en met deskundig advies verder helpt. Je technische kennis bouw je op in een intern opleidingstraject, zodat je met vertrouwen kan groeien in je rol.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?.

  • Je geeft helder en betrouwbaar advies over verzekeringen die bij hun situatie passen.
  • Je bouwt aan een vertrouwensrelatie met je klanten en volgt hen op over de tijd heen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en draagt bij aan de teamresultaten.
  • Je leert de technische kant van het vak via een intern opleidingstraject.
  • Op termijn groei je door naar een meer commerciële functie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma bedrijfsmanagement, bij voorkeur met afstudeerrichting Financiën en Verzekeringswezen.
  • Je staat aan het begin van je loopbaan. Eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook als gemotiveerde schoolverlater ben je welkom.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent welbespraakt. Je durft op mensen af te stappen en met klanten in dialoog te gaan.
  • Je bent sociaal ingesteld en past graag in een team.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om door te groeien in een commerciële rol.
