Voor een modern notariskantoor in de regio Gent zoeken we een gedreven Kandidaat-Notaris met een eerste stevige basis. Gevestigd in een stijlvol pand aan het park en uitstekend bereikbaar, biedt dit kantoor een professioneel kader waar je direct veel autonomie krijgt én uitzicht hebt op een mooie toekomst.

In deze rol combineer je je al opgedane notariële ervaring met verdere professionele verdieping. Je beheert uiteenlopende materies, groeit door in complexe vraagstukken en krijgt binnen een hecht team direct een duidelijk perspectief richting associatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig gevarieerde dossiers binnen het vastgoedrecht, familiaal vermogensrecht en vennootschapsrecht
  • Je voert grondig opzoekingswerk uit en stelt kwalitatieve ontwerpakten op
  • Je voert adviesgesprekken met cliënten en begeleidt hen deskundig doorheen hun dossier
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van het verlijden van akten en denkt inhoudelijk mee over strategische keuzes
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan kantooroptimalisaties, het verfijnen van modellen en de interne

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je behaalde een Master in het Notariaat en/of bent benoemd als kandidaat-notaris
  • Je beschikt over een scherp juridisch inzicht en communiceert helder en empathisch naar cliënten toe
  • Je werkt accuraat, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en functioneert prettig in een collegiaal team
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend; professionele kennis van het Frans of Engels is een surplus
