Onze klant is een financieel gezonde, internationale onderneming met een sterke reputatie in haar sector. Ter versterking van het customer service team zoeken ze een klantenservicemedewerker Export die mee zorgt dat bestellingen vlot, correct en tijdig bij de klant terechtkomen. Je wordt het aanspreekpunt waar klanten, collega's en externe partners op rekenen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt bestellingen in ontvangst, verwerkt ze in het systeem en volgt ze op tot de goederen hun eindbestemming bereiken.
  • Je stelt de nodige export- en verzenddocumenten op en controleert of alles conform de geldende regelgeving is.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, transportfirma's, opslagpartners en leveranciers, telefonisch en per mail.
  • Je houdt de voorraden op de verschillende opslaglocaties in de gaten en stelt verbeteringen voor waar processen efficiënter kunnen.
  • Je bent een sterke ondersteuning voor de commerciële collega's: je helpt met prijsvoorstellen en neemt klantvragen mee op.
  • Loopt een levering anders dan gepland? Dan zoek je zelf actief naar een alternatief en hou je alle betrokkenen op de hoogte.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in orderverwerking, klantenservice of logistiek.
  • Internationale handel, douaneprocedures en exportreglementering boeien je, of je wil je er graag verder in verdiepen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt!
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt je kalmte wanneer het druk wordt en zoekt altijd naar een oplossing voor de klant.
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator die graag samenwerkt.
