Voor een modern en vooruitstrevend notariskantoor in de regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Notarieel Jurist. Het kantoor combineert een eigentijdse, open visie met hoogwaardige juridische dienstverlening en is gevestigd in een stijlvol, lichtrijk pand aan een groen park, vlakbij de belangrijkste uitvalswegen. Met het oog op het geplande vertrek van een van de huidige notarissen binnen enkele jaren, biedt dit kantoor een zeldzaam en concreet opvolgingstraject met reële associatieperspectieven.

Binnen deze generalistische rol beheer je autonoom je eigen cliëntendossiers en vorm je een centrale vertrouwenspersoon naast de notarissen. Je krijgt de ruimte om je breed te ontwikkelen over diverse rechtstakken heen, mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie en op termijn door te groeien naar een sleutelpositie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen dossiers over de verschillende rechtsdomeinen heen (vastgoedrecht, familiaal vermogensrecht en vennootschapsrecht)
  • Je staat in voor de juridische opbouw en correcte afhandeling van dossiers, van het vooronderzoek tot en met de post-akte formaliteiten
  • Je treedt op als primair aanspreekpunt en vertrouwenspersoon voor cliënten en begeleidt hen deskundig tijdens adviesgesprekken
  • Je denkt actief mee over kantooroptimalisaties en draagt bij aan het standaardiseren en verfijnen van aktemodellen
  • Je deelt vlot juridische kennis met collega's om de gezamenlijke expertise continu te versterken

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten en/of het Notariaat
  • Relevante ervaring binnen het notariaat of een aanverwante juridische sector is een sterke troef (zowel leergierige juniors als ervaren mediors/seniors zijn welkom)
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in een generalistische praktijk en kunt complexe juridische materie helder vertalen naar cliënten
  • Je bent discreet, accuraat en communicatief vaardig, met een proactieve en collegiale ingesteldheid
  • Je hebt een goede talenkennis (Nederlands met een professionele basis Frans en/of Engels) en werkt vlot met courante IT-tool
