Voor een grote internationale organisatie in de regio Antwerpen, met een sterke productie- en exportfocus en een uitgebreid netwerk van groepsentiteiten wereldwijd, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Senior Accountant die deel uitmaakt van het Accounting & Reporting-team en een brede en zichtbare rol opneemt binnen de financiële organisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je coördineert de volledige Purchase-to-Pay-cyclus vanuit Accounting, bewaakt de kwaliteit van elektronische aankoop- en facturatieprocessen en onderhoudt leveranciers- en grootboekrekeningen
  • Je beheert het General Ledger, voert maandafsluitingen uit en verzorgt intercompany-afstemmingen, payroll accounting en periodieke voorzieningen
  • Je ondersteunt de maandelijkse en halfjaarlijkse groepsrapportering, analyseert afwijkingen en draagt bij aan een tijdige en betrouwbare financiële rapportering
  • Je bereidt btw- en Intrastat-aangiftes voor, bent het aanspreekpunt voor btw-vraagstukken en ondersteunt transfer pricing-documentatie en de aangifte vennootschapsbelasting
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van de statutaire jaarrekening en ondersteunt interne en externe auditors binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied
  • Je neemt deel aan finance-projecten en procesverbeteringen waaronder digitalisering en e-invoicing en fungeert als back-up voor collega's binnen het team

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting en hebt minimaal 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Belgische btw-regelgeving en Intrastat en bent vertrouwd met General Ledger, maandafsluitingen en financiële rapportering
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel op gevorderd niveau; kennis van SAP en ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of internationale organisatie zijn een sterke troef
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en het Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid, bent hands-on ingesteld en communiceert helder met diverse stakeholders
