Colégio particular de São José dos Campos está em busca de um(a) Orientador(a) Educacional para integrar sua equipe pedagógica!

Buscamos um profissional experiente, com olhar atento ao desenvolvimento integral dos estudantes, habilidade para construir relações de confiança e capacidade de atuar de forma acolhedora, estratégica e assertiva junto aos alunos, famílias e equipe escolar.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar individualmente e em grupo os alunos do Ensino Fundamental II, oferecendo orientação em questões socioemocionais, acadêmicas e disciplinares.
  • Monitorar o desenvolvimento e o rendimento escolar dos estudantes, identificando necessidades de acompanhamento e oportunidades de intervenção.
  • Orientar os alunos na organização de suas rotinas e na elaboração de planos de estudo, incentivando a autonomia e a responsabilidade.
  • Atuar na prevenção e mediação de conflitos, promovendo relações saudáveis e um ambiente escolar respeitoso.
  • Realizar atendimentos e orientações às famílias, fortalecendo a parceria entre escola e responsáveis.
  • Planejar e conduzir palestras, rodas de conversa e oficinas voltadas ao desenvolvimento dos estudantes.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com a coordenação pedagógica e os professores, contribuindo para estratégias de acompanhamento dos alunos.
  • Supervisionar e orientar estagiários de Psicologia em suas atividades no contexto escolar.

Previsão de início: Janeiro de 2027.

Para esta função, buscamos um candidato com:

  • Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Psicologia.
  • Experiência mínima de 10 anos de atuação no Ensino Fundamental.
  • Experiência na função de Orientação Educacional.
  • Vivência no acompanhamento de adolescentes e na condução de situações socioemocionais, acadêmicas e disciplinares.
  • Experiência no atendimento às famílias e na mediação de conflitos.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com equipes pedagógicas.
  • Habilidades com tecnologias e rescursos de informática;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em período integral de segunda a sexta-feira e sábados letivos
