Colégio particular de São José dos Campos está contratando Professor(a) para atuar no 4º ano do Ensino Fundamental I - Início 2027!

Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, que se identifique com a proposta pedagógica construtivista e valorize o protagonismo dos estudantes na construção do conhecimento.

Procuramos alguém criativo, comprometido com a aprendizagem e que tenha sensibilidade para reconhecer as necessidades individuais dos alunos, promovendo experiências significativas e estimulando sua autonomia, curiosidade e desenvolvimento integral.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Planejar e conduzir aulas para uma turma de 4º ano do Ensino Fundamental I, alinhadas à proposta pedagógica construtivista da escola.
  • Desenvolver atividades e projetos que estimulem a investigação, o pensamento crítico, a criatividade e a participação ativa dos estudantes.
  • Acompanhar e avaliar continuamente o processo de aprendizagem, respeitando os diferentes ritmos e necessidades dos alunos.
  • Propor estratégias e intervenções pedagógicas que favoreçam o desenvolvimento das competências acadêmicas e socioemocionais.
  • Promover um ambiente de aprendizagem acolhedor, colaborativo e estimulante.
  • Manter uma comunicação próxima e respeitosa com as famílias.
  • Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, planejamentos e demais atividades institucionais.

Condições da vaga Local: São José dos Campos/SP Turno: Tarde Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 12h55 às 17h40, com 15 minutos de intervalo. Carga horária: 22h30 semanais. Previsão de início: Janeiro de 2027.

  • Licenciatura em Pedagogia completa.
  • Experiência consolidada na docência do 4º ano, preferencialmente em escolas com abordagem construtivista.
  • Conhecimento e identificação com práticas pedagógicas construtivistas.
  • Habilidade com uso de recursos tecnológicos e uso de plataformas de ensino.
  • Habilidade para planejar atividades diversificadas e acompanhar o desenvolvimento individual dos estudantes.

Perfil profissional desejado Buscamos um(a) professor(a) que tenha escuta ativa, criatividade, iniciativa, organização e facilidade para construir vínculos com os alunos.

É importante demonstrar abertura ao trabalho colaborativo, flexibilidade para adaptar estratégias pedagógicas e compromisso com uma educação que estimule a autonomia e o protagonismo dos estudantes.
