About the Role

As our Business Development Representative, you'll open doors with financial advisors and TPAs, fill the calendar for our partnerships team, and keep the engine of our US sales process running. It's a great seat for someone who likes the phone, is highly organized, and wants to help build a US team from early on.

What you'll do

  • Build target lists of advisors and TPAs and book at least 5 new meetings a week through calls, email and LinkedIn.
  • Re-engage existing leads to book at least 3 more meetings a week.
  • Respond quickly to inbound requests from our website and get meetings on the calendar.
  • Prepare briefing notes before meetings, join the calls, and drive the follow-up.
  • Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) accurate and hand over new accounts smoothly to Operations.
  • Run the weekly sales rhythm, including the team coordination call and the activity summary for US leadership.
  • Coordinate our conference calendar, event materials and client activities.

What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years in an SDR/BDR, inside sales or sales support role, ideally in financial services, retirement or B2B fintech.
  • Confidence on the phone and strong written communication.
  • An organized, detail-oriented approach and experience with a CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Curiosity about retirement and personal finance.

What success looks like

  • 30 days: You know our product, our buyers, and the competitive landscape. Your first outreach is live.
  • 90 days: You're hitting your meeting targets consistently, your handoffs are clean, and you have evidence on which messages and segments work.
  • 6 months: You've built a repeatable outbound motion that a second hire could pick up, and you're shaping how we target and position PensionBee in the US.
