Don Allen Ford Nantucket, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department.

*Relocation to Nantucket, MA is required for this position, and housing is available.*

The Service Manager is responsible for running an efficient and profitable service department. This manager will operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining service records.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years' service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience Previous Technician experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university Three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations) ASE Certification
