Dan hebben wij bij Penta Services – onderdeel van !mpact – dé job voor jou! Als helpdeskmedewerker word je een sleutelfiguur binnen ons team. Je ondersteunt dagelijks collega’s van over heel Vlaanderen met het beantwoorden van helpdesktickets over ons inhouse ontwikkeld portaal voor financiële en personeelsadministratieve processen. Binnen het helpdeskteam ben je een aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond het gebruik van onze verschillende modules. Je ondersteunt gebruikers op een vriendelijke en duidelijke manier en denkt binnen de organisatie mee na over slimme oplossingen. Kortom, je bent de brug tussen gebruikers en techniek, met oog voor detail én empathie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur in een ICT-, economische of administratieve richting); een lerarenopleiding is een plus. Nuttige ervaring in één of meerdere van deze domeinen ook.
  • Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd, ook als het soms wat hectisch wordt.
  • Je denkt analytisch, handelt proactief en blijft rustig bij uitdagingen.
  • Je kan to-the-point, zorgvuldig én vriendelijk helpdesktickets beantwoorden en opvolgen.
  • Je hebt zin om te leren en kennis te delen met collega’s.

Technische skills

  • Je hebt basiskennis van financiële en personeelsgerelateerde processen binnen onderwijs; of kan deze kennis snel verwerven.
  • Je leert vlot nieuwe software aan en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Outlook, Teams en andere digitale tools; je bent algemeen digitaal vaardig.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar ons in-house financieel & administratief portaal, en wil dat niet alleen leren gebruiken, maar ook anderen daarin begeleiden.

Sociale skills

  • Je communiceert helder en met de glimlach, ook als het even druk is.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar houdt ook van samenwerken.
  • Je bent leergierig, oplossingsgericht en hebt een flinke dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin.
