Heb jij een sterke interesse in digitale toassingen en wil je een sleutelrol opnemen in een onderwijsorganisatie? Krijg je energie van het structureren, automatiseren en ondersteunen van digitale processen? Dan ben jij misschien de ICT-medewerker die we zoeken binnen Penta.

Penta biedt onderwijs aan kinderen en jongeren in een zorgcontext (type 5) en aan leerlingen met autisme (type 9). We werken over verschillende vestigingen heen binnen West-Vlaanderen en zetten sterk in op een kwalitatieve, goed ondersteunde leeromgeving. Digitale tools spelen daarin een steeds belangrijkere rol.

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Je hebt inzicht in gebruikersbeheer en toegangsrechten.
  • Je hebt kennis van Power Automate en Power Apps.
  • Je hebt kennis van HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python en XML/QWeb of bent bereid dit snel te verwerven.
  • Je hebt voeling met digitale processen en automatisering.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van privacy en dataveiligheid.
  • Je bewaart overzicht en stelt prioriteiten.
  • Je vertaalt technische mogelijkheden naar concrete toepassingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je ondersteunt gebruikers op een duidelijke en geduldige manier.
  • Je denkt mee op organisatieniveau en ziet kansen tot verbetering.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen, zodat je je indien nodig zelfstandig kan verplaatsen tussen onze verschillende vestigingen in West-Vlaanderen.
