  • Support the development and execution of regional go-to-market and omni-channel marketing plans, translating national campaigns, product launches, and business priorities into localized programs that reflect market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, customer feedback, and growth opportunities, providing recommendations to strengthen market engagement and business performance.
  • Lead the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, dealer events, training, ride-alongs, and customer experiences.
  • Develop and deliver account-targeted events and engagement programs in partnership with sales to generate pipeline and accelerate key opportunities.
  • Manage event execution from planning through post-event follow-up, including logistics, budgets, communications, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital, and Product Marketing teams to adapt messaging, content, and creative assets for regional relevance and effectiveness.
  • Deploy and optimize regional merchandising, sales enablement tools, marketing collateral, and branch support initiatives to strengthen distributor, dealer, and local market activation.
  • Execute regional education, onboarding, and training programs, including Pentair University initiatives, dealer enablement, product training, and customer development activities.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing programs for priority dealers and customer segments, leveraging personalized engagement tactics and regional insights.
  • Support the adoption and effectiveness of loyalty, rebate, dealer incentive, and co-op marketing programs to drive engagement, retention, and share of wallet.
  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across events, digital channels, dealer marketing activities, and local partnerships to support pipeline growth.
  • Align regional marketing activities with territory plans, sales objectives, and priority customer segments to maximize business impact and resource effectiveness.
  • Manage assigned marketing investments and program budgets while providing recommendations to optimize spending and improve performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance through Salesforce CRM on all activities including pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, or channel marketing.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Must reside within the Northeastern United States.
  • Demonstrated success contributing to the development and execution of localized marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with sales teams to develop territory-based marketing plans and support customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs including events, account-based marketing, local demand generation, and customer enablement initiatives.
  • Experience working within dealer, distributor, channel marketing, or two-step distribution (B2B2C) business models preferred.
  • Strong analytical experience utilizing Voice of Customer insights, market intelligence, sales data, and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong strategic and tactical planning with the ability to connect regional marketing initiatives to business objectives and revenue outcomes.

  • Skilled at influencing without authority and building alignment across sales, marketing, and operational stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from field sales teams to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives, drive accountability, and deliver results in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
